Early Europe and Colonial Americas 200 - 1750 C.E.
Student Responsibilities
UNIT DATES: September 30 - November 15, 2019
Prior to lecture, students should have read the Khan Academy Early European and Colonial Americas unit. Also students should consider that different art historians group art objects differently to gain a different or, arguably, a better perspective on the works. Students should be prepared to discuss the classic groupings of art within this unit and to develop their own ideas about grouping, study and the implications of those groupings on interpretations.
